YU, THE SPA’s approach to wellness
The wellness program at YU, THE SPA makes use of a medical approach for analysis, then provides a menu of highly relaxing treatments that are sure to satisfy guests. A doctor’s objective medical examination allows guests to become more aware of their physical conditions, raising the efficacy of body and facial treatments, while also helping them to make choices in daily life for exercise, diet, and recreation so as to better realize the ideal self. This new wellness approach adds greatly to the rejuvenating and soothing experience of YU, THE SPA.

A basic examination at the N2 Clinic on the 3rd floor of the Hotel Building, followed by assorted treatments at YU, THE SPA.

Refresh in the pool and onsen at YU, THE SPA.

Massage treatment
Results are provided from N2 Clinic examination, 90-minute treatment is administered with aromatherapy or Balinese massage.
1:30 pm
Treatment completed
Care items for home use provided as amenity
2:00 pm and on
Enjoy a stroll around the garden or teatime.

*For guests wishing to make use of the wellness program in languages other than Japanese or English, we recommend bringing an interpreter for the medical examination at the N2 Clinic.
