Notice of Spa Maintenance in 2025

1.Notice of indoor jet bath Maintenance

We would like to inform you that our indoor jet bath in YU, THE SPA is currently not accessible due to unforeseen maintenance until further notice.

All other facilities in the spa area (hot spring, swimming pool, sauna, outdoor jet bath) may be used as normal.

Kindly contact the spa reception in case you have questions.

Thank you for your understanding and our apologies for the inconvenience.

2.Swimming pool scheduled maintenance

In order to ensure that all our guests can enjoy use of the swimming pool, we will conduct regular scheduled maintenance.

Our maintenance schedule is as follows:

2025: Five full days from September 29th (Mon.) to October 3rd (Fri.)

2026: Five full days from March 2nd (Mon.) to March 6th (Fri.)

2026: Five full days from September 7th (Mon.) to September 11th (Fri.)

*During maintenance, the swimming pool and outdoor areas are unavailable for use.
*The men’s/women’s onsen spas, fitness gym, spa lounge, and treatment areas will remain open during regular hours.
*After maintenance, normal operation will resume from 8:00 a.m. on the following day.

3. Indoor jet bath regularly scheduled maintenance

To ensure safe use, we will be performing regularly scheduled maintenance to the indoor jet bath.

The maintenance is performed at night, but in order to undergo water heating and inspection, half a day is required to resume service.

The schedule for the day after maintenance will be as follows:

2025.
October 15th (Wed.)
November 11th (Tue.)
December 9th (Tue.)

*Restoration of services will be from around 4:00 p.m. on the affected date.

*Please be aware that dates may be subject to change.

*The pool, outdoor jet bath, sauna, and other gym areas and treatments are available for normal use.
