We've prepared this special dinner to celebrate that special person passing their exams. It contains many luxurious ingredients to befit the occasion: lobster, sea bream, and Japanese “Kuroge-Wagyu” beef. If you're looking to reward someone for all of their hard work, this is just the way to do it.

Dates:
January 10th, 2020 (Fri.) to April 30th, 2020 (Thur.)

Time:
Lunch: 11:30 a.m., last order at 2:30 p.m.
Dinner: 5 p.m., last order at 8 p.m. (dinner ends at 10 p.m.)

Menu:
[Appetizers] Red and white fish and vegetables in vinegar, salted salmon roe, herring roe on kelp, celebratory black soybeans, pine bamboo and plum (pinecone arrowhead tuber, bamboo cucumber, and plum sushi), mini sashimi plate, two dish combination plate, cherry blossom petals, and lily bulbs.

[Snack] Steamed and grilled Japanese beef sushi, amber jelly, gold leaf, and green onions.

[Simmered Dishes] Simmered eggplant with broth, shredded flowers, green onions, and shredded chili pepper

[Stone-grilled Dishes] Grilled lobster in sauce, sea bream, cherry blossom salt, lemon, Japanese “Kuroge-Wagyu” sirloin and fillet, wasabi, rock salt, three dish vegetable platter.

[Rice or Noodle Dish] Steamed eel with red beans and rice, bamboo grass, pickled vegetables, red broth soup.

[Dessert] Dessert of the day.

Our popular Order Buffet 30-specialty Delight is back, where we bring as many of your favorite dishes as you like directly to your seat. 30 different dishes are served including boiled dishes, hot dishes, rice and noodle dishes, and dessert. A professional sushi chef will be on hand to make fresh nigirizushi for guests.

A menu born from vibrant green ingredients like asparagus and artichokes to inspire excitement about the coming spring. The main dish is a tender roast pork shoulder served with a mustard cream sauce.

Lunch and dinner courses made with the image of the spring garden. The lunch course includes shrimp, fava bean and cheese ravioli served with tomato sauce. The dinner was made to suggest a field of flowers and contains many carefully selected spring ingredients as well as colorful herbs and flowers.

- Ginger and orange fragrant tender chicken breast involtini served with two varieties of asparagus.
