Notice of maintenance to the jet bath and pool area

1.Swimming pool scheduled maintenance

In order to ensure that all our guests can enjoy use of the swimming pool, we will conduct regular scheduled maintenance.

Our maintenance schedule for 2023-24 is as follows:

Early 2024: Five full days from February 26th (Mon.) to March 1st (Fri.)
Late 2024: Five full days from September 2nd (Mon.) to Sep. 6th (Fri.)

*During maintenance, the swimming pool and outdoor areas are unavailable for use.
*The men’s/women’s onsen spas, fitness gym, spa lounge, and treatment areas will remain open during regular hours.
*After maintenance, normal operation will resume from 8:00 am on the following day.

2. Indoor jet bath regularly scheduled maintenance

To ensure safe use, we will be performing regularly scheduled maintenance to the indoor jet bath.

The maintenance is performed at night, but in order to undergo water heating and inspection, half a day is required to resume service.

The schedule for the day after maintenance will be as follows:

January 10th (Wed.)
March 12th (Tue.)
April 9th (Tue.)
May 8th (Wed.)
June 4th (Tue.)
July 9th (Tue.)
August 6th (Tue.)
October 8th (Tue.)
November 6th (Wed.)
December 10th (Tue.)

*Restoration of services will be from around 4:00 PM on the affected date.

*Please be aware that dates may be subject to change.

*The pool, outdoor jet bath, sauna, and other gym areas and treatments are available for normal use.
