A mix of seasonal appetizers such as corn tofu, shrimp, watershield, and sea bream sushi are “captured” inside a bamboo cage, like the glimmering summer fireflies. The main dishes include Japanese “Kuroge-Wagyu” beef, scallops, and lobster grilled on lava stones from Mt. Fuji.
