A mix of seasonal appetizers such as corn tofu, shrimp, watershield, and sea bream sushi are “captured” inside a bamboo cage, like the glimmering summer fireflies. The main dishes include Japanese “Kuroge-Wagyu” beef, scallops, and lobster grilled on lava stones from Mt. Fuji.

Boiled white shrimp with avocado

Simmered wax myrtle in honey syrup

Sea bream sushi, dried mullet roe

Two kinds of sashimi

Barbecue:

“Kuroge-Wagyu” beef filet 40g

“Kuroge-Wagyu” beef sirloin 40g

Japanese lobster, scallop

Three kinds of vegetables

Simmered dish:

Simmered eggplant in broth

Shark fin, green soy beans, lily bulb

Rice and soup:

Boiled rice with sweet potato, grated yam

Miso soup, pickled vegetables

Dessert:

Minazuki tofu (June seasonal dessert)
