[Soba] Summer Soba Kaiseki “Ryokufu”


Fragrant soba noodles are accompanied by authentic Japanese cuisine using seasonal ingredients such as eel and okra. Pike conger in plum and boiled eel to beat the heat, as well as honeyed cutlassfish are all on the menu to invigorate you in the summer season.

Grilled dish: Salmon grilled in green miso, garnish

Fried dish: Camellia oil-flavored tempura, shrimp, whitefish, three kinds of vegetables, matcha salt

Noodles: Homemade soba, dipping sauce, seasonings

Dessert: Japanese sweets, fruit of the day
