We have responded to demand by offering a course of Halal-certified kaiseki cuisine.

Guests can savor authentic Japanese cuisine served in a private room at Ryotei Kinsui

Lunch: 11:30 am to 2:30 pm (last order)

Dinner: 5:30 pm to 8:00 pm (last order)

Asatsuyu: 11,100 yen (lunch only)

Koyo: 16,700 yen

Akebono: 23,100 yen

 

*A separate tax, service fee (15% for lunch or 20% for dinner) and private room charge will be collected.

*Available to parties of 2 persons or more.

 

Asatsuyu Kaiseki:

Appetizers:

Bean curd, goji berry, radish greens, wasabi, broth

Boiled Kyoto vegetables and scallops

 

Soup:

Whitefish, mushroom, and vegetable soup with seasonal flavors

Made with water from Kyoto’s Mt. Atago

 

Boiled dish:

Boiled vegetables

 

Grilled dishes:

Teriyaki made from Halal-certified chicken, salt-grilled sea bream, steamed vegetables

Seasoned with Iwato salt and lemon

 

Fried dish:

Tempura (using Halal-certified flour)

Shrimp, whitefish, five kinds of vegetables, grated horseradish, ginger, tempura crust

 

Warm dish:

Crab and vegetables steamed in soy milk, seaweed on rice, wasabi
