Each plate brings a breath of spring air.

Il Teatro has taken the feeling of spring and used delicate techniques and sensibilities to express that feeling in this lunch and dinner course.
For lunch, dishes like sea bream steamed with cherry blossom leaves and a green pea puree allow guests to experience the colors and textures that spring cuisine has to offer.
During dinner, guests can experience a beautiful stracciatella-style risotto made with fresh cheese with the visual appeal of a pastel painting, followed by a grilled “Wagyu” beef fillet served with a light watercress genovese and truffle sauce.
The dishes in these courses are sure to evoke feelings of spring that will make guests’ hearts dance in joy.

Friday, February 15th, 2019 – Sunday, April 7th, 2019

Time:
Lunch – Starts at noon, last order at 2:30 PM
Dinner – Starts at 5:30 PM, last order at 8:30 PM

Price:
Lunch – 5,500 yen (includes taxes but not service fees)
Dinner – 16,500 yen (includes taxes but not service fees)

Lunch Menu:
– Lightly grilled Norwegian salmon served with a young onion and potato foam.
– Cherry blossom tagliolini kneaded with beats served with a clam and cabbage sauce.
– Steamed sea bream, spring vegetables and a sparkling wine cream sauce, served with chrysanthemum and green pea accents.
– Choice of one dessert from our dessert cart.
(from March 25th-April 7th, we also have a one-plate dessert available inspired by the cherry blossom season.)
– Coffee, espresso or tea.

* The dessert cart requires some time to serve guests at each table, so reservations of seven or more people or guests in a hurry will be served the “chef’s special dessert plate.”

Dinner Menu:
– Lightly grilled Norwegian salmon served with a young onion and potato foam.
– Cherry blossom tagliolini kneaded with beats tagliolini served with a clam and cabbage sauce.
– Stracciatella-style risotto primavera made with fresh cheese, served with sweet shrimp tagliata.
– Fried sea bream with the scales on, served with white asparagus, bamboo shoots, and a Japanese pepper-flavored tampenade.
– Grilled “Wagyu” beef fillet served with a light watercress genovese and truffle sauce
– Cherry blossom flavored fresh cheese, semifreddo and cherry pie, served with amarena cherry sauce.
– Coffee, espresso, or tea.
