A vivid blend of fruit dishes and color

Lunch and dinner courses prepared with an array of colorful fruits. Duck is served with antioxidant red cabbage, blueberries, and apples. It’s a course that is visually beautiful and exceedingly healthy.

May 17th (Fri.) to June 30th (Sun.)

 

Time:

Lunch: 11:30 am to 3:00 pm (last order)

Dinner: 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm (last order)

 

Price:

Lunch: 4,800 yen (Appetizer, soup, meat, dessert)

Dinner: 6,900 yen (Appetizer, soup, fish, dessert)

*Prices includes tax, but service charge will be collected separately.

Salmon tartar with mango puree and fennel confit

Quinoa, broad bean, and avocado salad

 

Soup:

Turnip soup with orange and spice aroma oil

 

Fish:

Red seabream poele with semi-dry tomato and apricot condiments

Parmesan cream tapenade

 

Meat:

Roast duck breast, braised red cabbage and apple

Honey sauce

 

Dessert:

Coconut mousse dacquoise

Hibiscus jelly & passion fruit
