It’s said that the fresh ingredients of spring hold the power to cleanse the body of unneeded elements built up during the winter. The Bistro presents colorful appetizers of trout, asparagus, and beets, stewed spring vegetables and veal, and other courses which await to entice the eyes and taste buds.
