[Soba] Seasonal Soba Meal “Suzuka” (Cool Wind)


Appetizers such as mushroom and sweet homemade pumpkin tofu accompany fresh fig tempura. Warm dishes feature the famous simmered eggplant in broth, as well as tempura fried with camellia oil from Izu Oshima and seasoned with green tea salt. The meal is completed with the main dish of homemade soba.

Chilled mushrooms, pumpkin tofu

Chinese yam in bonito entrails, 4 appetizers of the day

Warm dishes: Fried fig, simmered eggplant in broth

Fried dishes: Tempura scented with camellia oil: Shrimp

Whitefish, two kinds of vegetables, green tea salt

Meal: Homemade soba, dipping sauce, garnish

Dessert: Dessert of the day
