Chuu-an, a sushi restaurant, is housed in a traditional tea house building, which can also still be used for traditional tea ceremonies.  Our sushi chefs, supreme masters of their craft, prepare Tokyo's famous Edo-style sushi, the type that people the world-over picture when they think of sushi.
